RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS…
Your item may not be returned or refunded after 30 calendar days from your date of purchase based on the 30-DAY EXCHANGE OR REFUND GUARANTEE. Because our products are made to order, we do not offer returns after 30 days and all sales are final.
RETURNS WITHIN 30 DAYS…
Returns requested within 30 calendar days of your purchase may only be approved for one of the acceptable reasons for returns listed here. To be eligible for a return, your item must also be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
ACCEPTABLE REASONS FOR RETURNS…
Your return may only be approved based on the following reasons:
- Damaged – The product is damaged during delivery.
- Defective – The product does not function as described in its manufacturer specifications.
- Incorrect Item – The product you received is not the product you ordered (e.g. wrong size or wrong color).
- Missing Parts – The product you received is mission items or parts that are listed in the packaging.
PROCESS FOR RETURNS…
- Make sure your return meets the criteria listed above for an acceptable return.
- Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org indicating your intent and reason for the return.
- Include photos, issue description, and product tags so we may review and resolve your problem.
- All return requests will be reviewed on a case by case basis and all means to resolve the issue will be considered.
- We will send you a reply instructing you on next steps to process your return.
- Please use a trackable shipping service (USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL) and purchase shipping insurance on high value items. HomeStone, LLC will not be held liable for items lost during shipping or any unfortunate circumstances outside of our control. An undelivered item that was intended for return is not considered a returned item. Therefore, any claims will be considered invalid.
- To return your product, you should mail your product to:
- Please include in the return box your order number and the reason for the return so that the return can be properly applied to your account.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
TIME FRAME FOR MERCHANDISE EVALUATION…
After we receive your returned item at our warehouse, the evaluation process will usually be completed within 3-5 business days. However, under certain circumstances such as consultation with the manufacturer, this time frame may be extended.
TIME FRAME TO RECEIVE YOUR REPLACEMENT OR REFUND…
Once the evaluation process has been completed, you may receive your replacement item or refund within 10-20 business days.
