WE WILL PROCESS YOUR ORDERS…

HomeStone takes pride in processing orders as quickly as possible once payment is received.  Most orders leave the warehouse in 1-3 business days provided the item is in stock.  You will then receive notification of both processing and shipment. In many instances, we are shipping from our warehouses in either the US or Asia. If from Asia, please expect 10-15 business days to receive your order.

YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS…

Since most items are shipped within 1-3 business days, we kindly advise our customers to ensure that a correct shipping address is provided.  HomeStone may not be held responsible if a package is not delivered due to a missing, incomplete, or incorrect address provided by the buyer.   In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to ship to the correct address.  We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation sent immediately after purchase.

WHEN YOUR ITEMS WILL ARRIVE…

Most orders will be received within our average shipping time frame (10-15 business days) depending on the product, inventory status and which warehouse it’s shipping from.  In some cases, specialty products may be shipped directly from the manufacturer and may take a little longer.

YOUR ITEMS MAY BE SHIPPED IN SEPARATE PACKAGES…

WE SHIP TO SOME COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES…

Currently we are shipping to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand with the vision of expanding worldwide in the future.  We will ship products to home, office, and PO box addresses with the exception of APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

YOU WILL RECEIVE CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING…

An order confirmation with order summary will be sent to you via email upon completing your order.  We will also send you an update to let you know once your order has been processed.

Once your order has shipped from the warehouse, you will receive a notification email with your tracking number, so you can monitor the progress of your package.

MAKE CHANGES TO AN EXISTING ORDER…

HomeStone takes pride in processing orders as quickly as possible once payment is received.  We work hard to ensure that orders are shipped within 1-3 business days, so our customers receive their items within the shipping time frame provided.

Changes may be made provided your order has not yet been shipped from the warehouse.  If you need to make a change, contact us immediately at:  support@homestone.com

CANCEL MY EXISTING ORDER…

You have the option to cancel an existing order provided that your order has not yet been processed.  Should you wish to cancel, please send us a Cancellation Request along with your order number to:  support@homestone.com
